Wrist injuries suck...

So for about the past four years i've been having bouts with horrible wrist problems, it all started in football and elevated... however i was born with naturally loose joints so that's probably the biggest cause, but i got involved in boxing too, and learned that my wrists, unfortunately will not work for boxing their bone structure and tendons are too weak. so i have been looking and have pretty much tried everything Available for helping strengthen and heal my wrists, there are a lot of things such as simple wrist curls and other basic work outs I've done that have helped, in fact i went to physical therapy for about 6 weeks, this was actually quite helpful... however a little too much pressure was put on my wrist and i was back at square one, well i've found something called a powerball it's a gyroscope wrist and forearm enhancer, I've bought one of these recently, it takes a little effort, at least it took me a little effort to get it to rotate right but once i got it down, it's not only been great for strengthening but also so soothing the pain in my tendons, as well as helping a family friend of mine with carpal tunnel. they have a website you can check out by clicking the title of this blog, might as well check them out the website is pretty cool.
